Terms and Conditions

1. A refundable $100 deposit will be charged at time of booking, with the remainder charged/payable Thursday 3^rd April 2025.
2. If the event is cancelled due to Government restrictions or you or your family contract sickness and are unable to attend, refunds will be offered.
3. Registrations can be amended and refunds given up to 14 days prior to event.
4. After 14 days prior to event, no refunds will be given for cancelling accommodation or meals (except as per 2). You can transfer your meals and accommodation to a third party, as long as that person(s) registers/has registered for MTCC Easter Convention.
5. After 14 days prior to the event refunds for the program is at the discretion of the MTCC’s CEO. Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances and will be processed after the event.
6. Easter Convention is an all weather event. In the event of bad weather, no refunds will be given.
7. MTCC is committed to protecting each individual’s personal information. MTCC may use the personal information provided in this registration to contact you in the future about MTCC events and communication. For more details please refer to the MTCC Privacy Policy on our Policy Documents page.
8. Our site is a child safe accredited venue. We have systems and processes in place for the recording of incidents. Please refer to the Easter Convention handbook.
9. If you intend to bring an assistance/therapy animal and it is appropriately trained, you are obliged to produce evidence that your animal is a legitimate assistance animal. The office must be advised 14 days prior to the event and confirmation from the office must be received in writing.
10. Catering; MTCC caters for Panorama, Camp Tamborine and TLC. All other catering is provided by QCCC; please direct any concerns to the appropriate location.
11. Please note that there will be an official Mt Tamborine Conference Centre (MTCC) photographer onsite throughout the Convention. Photos taken may be used in promotional materials for the Conference Centre. By completing this form you are consenting to the use of your image being used in any promotional materials MTCC or associated bodies deem fit. Furthermore, you are also agreeing that whilst every care is taken at the MTCC, and by its agents, employees and volunteers, that MTCC takes no responsibility for any damage caused to person or objects whilst on the grounds of the Mt Tamborine Conference Centre.
12. Parents are responsible for their children at all times.
